Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this remote role, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders across Connecticut. You will collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans that support student success.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services through telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student support
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting discussions
- Stay informed about best practices and new developments in teletherapy and speech-language pathology
