Position Overview:
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the current school year, with potential for renewal.
- Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet each student’s needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support students’ progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom settings.
- Document student progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations regarding speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active licensure as an SLP in Ohio.
- Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
