We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Indiana. In this role, you will provide direct therapy services to children in educational settings. Responsibilities
- SLP: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy.
- SLPA: Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans and tracking student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student performance.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support students’ academic success.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
Requirements
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Indiana license.
- SLPA: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and certification as an SLPA (or eligibility).
- Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
