About the Role:
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our remote team, providing virtual therapy services to K-12 students in Norfolk, Nebraska. As an OT with VocoVision, you’ll work remotely to deliver personalized therapy sessions aimed at improving students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence, all while helping them succeed in their academic and social environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual occupational therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s specific needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to track student progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for necessary accommodations and services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with Nebraska’s special education guidelines.

What You Need:

• A valid Nebraska Occupational Therapist license.
• A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• At least two years of experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience preferred).
• Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet home workspace.
