Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a real difference in the lives of K-6 students, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home? Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated, full-time virtual SLP to join our dynamic team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with special and general education classrooms at a school district in Rome, NY, while enjoying the perks of a fully remote position.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time role (Monday-Friday)
- Work with K-6 students in both general and special education classrooms
- Caseload management, assessments, and therapy services all conducted virtually

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K-6 students
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) tailored to students' needs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Track progress, manage documentation, and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure student success
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current NY SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children (K-6) in special and/or general education settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate virtually
