ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and motivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide online speech services for K-12 students. This flexible, remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on students' communication skills.

- Position: Virtual K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: Remote (Virtual/Teletherapy) - Alabama
- Schedule: Full-time: 32.5 hours per week
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and caseload
- Payment: Weekly direct deposit
- Licensure: Active Alabama SLP license & Alabama Teaching License required
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Alabama SLP license required
- At least 2 years of K-12 experience required
- 2+ years of teletherapy experience required
- Ability to provide virtual therapy sessions with engaging, interactive tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Adapt therapy strategies for an online learning environment
