Virtual Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist Job

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school in Hopkins, Minnesota. This full-time, contract position is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping young students build their communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
- Implement engaging and research-based speech therapy techniques.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- License & Certification: Must hold a valid Minnesota SLP license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health. ASHA CCC-SLP preferred. Must also have or be eligible for a Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) license.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of school-based or pediatric experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
