Description:
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a meaningful remote opportunity? We are looking for an experienced SLP to join our team in Arkansas to cover a maternity leave. This full-time position involves working with a diverse caseload of 53 K-12 students, all with moderate cognitive impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 53 K-12 students with moderate cognitive impairments.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and success.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student data.
- Participate in virtual meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Current Arkansas SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Proven experience working with K-12 students with moderate cognitive impairments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology.
