Are you passionate about positively influencing children's lives? Soliant is actively recruiting a school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Columbus, NE. We seek candidates who are collaborative and adaptable. Interviews are currently being conducted for this position for the current school year!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
- Active Nebraska SLPA Licensure is Required
- Previous School Based Experience Preferred, But Not Required
Pay:
Hourly rates are negotiable based on deciding factors related to the candidate's experience such as overall amount of years practicing as an SLPA, years practicing in a school setting, years providing services to primarily a pediatric caseload, etc. Here are some examples of what a candidate's hourly rate can expect to look like in consideration of their experience:
- #1 SLPA - 5+ years of overall experience, 3 years practicing in a school setting, and 2 years providing in-home services to a pediatric caseload:
- $38 an hour
- #2 SLPA - 1.5 to 2 years of overall experience, 0 years practicing in a school setting, and 6 months providing services only to an adult caseload:
- $30-$35 an hour

- Full School Year of 2024-2025
- Multiple Full-Time On Site Positions Available
- Approximately 35 Hours a Week
- Full Time Benefits Provided (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.)
- K to 12th Grade Caseload Options Available
