Job Opportunity: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Elementary School in New Orleans, LA (24/25 School Year)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year at an elementary school in New Orleans, LA!
Position Details:
- Location: New Orleans, LA
- Employment Type: Full-time (school hours)
- Duration: 2024-2025 school year
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and develop IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Monitor and document student progress, ensuring successful outcomes
- Support communication and social skills development to empower students
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Louisiana (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in a school setting (preferred, but not required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passionate about fostering growth and learning in young children
