Are you ready to make a difference? Join us as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in vibrant Minneapolis, MN! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic SLPs to inspire and support our young learners. This full-time or part-time opportunity is set in two welcoming elementary schools with a diverse and engaging caseload.
In this role, you'll work closely with an elementary caseload of 40 students, acting as a case manager for 20 of them. Your expertise will guide students through their speech and language challenges, including those in an ASD classroom and a developmental class. With no caseload cap, you'll utilize a workload model to ensure each child gets the attention they deserve. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to support Clinical Fellows (CFs) in their growth!
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation ranging from $43 to $50 per hour based on experience

Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
