Position: Bilingual School-Based SLP
Location: Fully Remote - Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time
School Year: 2023/2024
License Required: Active Nevada SLP License
Certification Required: NV Teaching Certification, ASHA Certification
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with students in need of speech and language support
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Perform assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities
- Generate detailed and timely IEP reports
- Embrace the virtual platform to engage and motivate students in their learning journey
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada SLP License
- NV DOE Teaching Certification
- ASHA Certification
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Experience in virtual education settings is a plus
