Soliant is a dynamic, growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality speech-language therapy services to individuals across various settings. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work with a diverse population in need of speech therapy support. This position offers the flexibility of a travel stipend to help support those who travel between locations, providing comprehensive services to children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication skills for clients of all ages.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and client needs.
- Provide speech therapy interventions in schools, homes, clinics, or other settings, depending on assignment.
- Track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest research and techniques in the field of speech therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric or a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
