We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to join our team in providing top-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As part of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions that address each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and apply individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Offer therapy, track student progress, and modify treatment methods as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to enhance communication support for students.
- Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and contribute to planning meetings.
- Advocate for students, remain current with field innovations, and participate in continuous professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
