Job Posting: Full-Time Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Greeneville, TN
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive elementary school team in Greeneville, TN, for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) where you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' communication skills and overall success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Tennessee SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
