About the Role:
Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services to elementary or middle school students in Texas. This flexible, fully remote role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges in a virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in a virtual setting
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Implement IEPs and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to achieve student goals
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Texas SLP License
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Proficient with technology and virtual therapy platforms
- Excellent communication and time management skills
