Our mission is to provide quality speech-language therapy in school settings through teletherapy, and we’re currently looking for a passionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Pennsylvania.
Position Overview:
As a Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide virtual therapy services to students across Pennsylvania, working closely with school teams to support students' communication needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based settings and be comfortable delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in virtual school settings (K-12).
- Conduct assessments and screenings to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to track student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as needed.
- Adapt therapy techniques for the virtual setting and ensure that students engage with the material.
- Provide ongoing support and communication with families and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Pennsylvania State License to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
