Position Overview:
- Location: Remote
- Position Type: Full-time, 7:45am - 3:15pm
- Caseload: 60 students, Pre-K through 3rd grade (mild-moderate)
- Start Date: Immediate
- End Date: May 2025, with an option for rehiring in August 2025 (if desired)
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide services to a caseload of students with speech-related disabilities, following IEPs in the MOIEP system.
- Deliver speech therapy, track progress, and adjust therapy plans to meet IEP goals.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and engage with parents to ensure consistent support and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, including evaluations, progress reports, and IEP updates in the MOIEP system.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families
- CCC-SLP certification
- Maryland teaching certification
- Preferred experience with MOIEP
- Professional Liability Insurance (upon offer)
- Reliable home computer with high-speed internet
- Tech-savvy, with training provided on software
