Position Overview
- Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist
- Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: Fully Remote – Tennessee
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time
- Student Caseload: K-12 (including some speech-only case management)
- Pay Rate: $35-45/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Therapy: Provide remote speech and language therapy to K-12 students.
- Collaborate: Work with students, families, and educational teams to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Guide and Support: Mentor staff and students, contributing to their development.
- Advise: Offer expert recommendations and refer complex cases to specialists.
- Educate: Help students and families understand speech and language therapy.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology
- Certification: ASHA CCCs certification
- License: Valid Tennessee SLP license
- Insurance: Professional and general liability insurance
- Experience: Preferred experience in telehealth and/or school settings
