Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver teletherapy services to students across North Carolina. In this full-time or part-time role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement IEPs based on evaluation results and student needs.
- Deliver remote speech therapy, providing both individual and group sessions.
- Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students’ speech and language needs are met.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure continuous development.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and IEP goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active NC state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
- Experience with teletherapy services is a plus.
- Familiarity with IEP development and processes.
