School-Based Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Michigan
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This fully remote position offers flexibility in providing high-quality therapy services to clients of all ages, from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders via teletherapy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and teletherapy technologies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in teletherapy or virtual care is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology.
