Exciting Opportunity: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist for Schools
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a significant impact through virtual education? We are seeking a talented SLP to join our team and provide outstanding online speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you'll work with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement custom IEPs.
- Provide therapy, monitor progress, and modify treatment approaches as required.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to support student communication.
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team planning for comprehensive support.
- Advocate for students, stay informed about new developments, and engage in continuous professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia Teaching Certification optional
- Virginia SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
