About the Position:
VocoVision is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Virginia. As a Virtual SLP, you'll have the flexibility to provide high-quality speech therapy services from the comfort of your own home, helping students with speech and language needs succeed in the virtual classroom environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students using teletherapy.
- Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
- Document and track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage virtual caseloads effectively.
