Job Overview:
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana with a passion for helping students succeed? VocoVision is seeking a Virtual SLP to join our team and provide teletherapy services to students across the state. This flexible, remote position allows you to support students in a virtual environment while having a positive impact on their communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy to students in K-12, addressing a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student needs and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized plans.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans based on students' needs.
- Monitor progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
- Stay informed on the latest research and trends in teletherapy and speech therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Indiana state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued.
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently.
