Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess issues in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement tailored individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Administer therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to support and address communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, keep accurate records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
- Advocate for students, stay updated with the latest developments in the field, and engage in ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California Teaching Certification OR California SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
