Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed to meet individual goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to enhance communication skills.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain detailed records, and actively engage in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Support students' needs, keep updated on field advancements, and engage in continuous professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Ohio Teaching Certification
- Ohio SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
