Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while working from home? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
You’ll engage with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their maximum potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement IEPs specific to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and revise treatment plans based on student outcomes.
- Partner with educators, parents, and staff to address communication challenges.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain detailed records, and engage in planning meetings with the team.
- Advocate for students, support staff training, and stay informed on the latest research.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Connecticut Teaching Certification optional
- Connecticut SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
