Job Duties:
- Diagnose and assess disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; implement and maintain individualized IEPs for each student.
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and revise treatment plans as needed to support student development.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and staff to ensure students’ communication needs are addressed.
- Perform screenings, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive student support.
- Advocate for students, train staff, and engage in professional development to enhance services.
Requirements/Benefits:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Arkansas Teaching Certification required
- Arkansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
