Join our team and make a difference in the lives of K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses. As a remote SLP, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing essential speech therapy services.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Digital SLP, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' communication and language development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs and goals.
- Delivering virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.
- Providing ongoing evaluation and documentation of students' progress.
- Adhering to state and federal regulations related to special education and speech-language pathology services.
**Requirements:**
We're seeking passionate and dedicated professionals who are ready to make a positive impact. Here are the qualifications we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Pennsylvania for schools.
- Prior experience working as an SLP, preferably with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
- Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices or Picture Exchange Communication (PEC) systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Tech-savviness and proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for teletherapy services.
