Compensation: Competitive, with payment for indirect work
Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in North Carolina. This remote, school-based role offers full or part-time hours and the flexibility to work from home while making a positive impact on students’ speech and language development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, IEPs, and assessments.
- Provide indirect services, including consultations with teachers, staff, and parents, and participate in virtual meetings as necessary.
Requirements:
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- Valid North Carolina State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
- Must pass a tech screen to ensure proficiency with virtual service delivery.
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
