Position Overview:
VocoVision is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! This is a fully remote position for SLPs based in Virginia, offering the opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services to students in need—without leaving your home. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K-12 students.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with students, families, and school staff to ensure the success of each student.

What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual therapy platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with educational teams and families.
