Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement customized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, track progress, and modify treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to address communication needs.
- Perform screenings, maintain accurate records, and engage in team meetings for effective planning.
- Advocate for students, stay up to date with field advancements, and engage in continuous professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington Teaching Certification required in some districts
- Washington SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
