Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida to join our team in providing services to elementary school students with mild to moderate disabilities. As a telehealth SLP, you will work remotely to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders using telecommunication technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' progress.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to improve speech and language skills.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Florida State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
