Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges.
- Provide therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights on students' speech and language needs.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Vermont license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or (CF-SLP).
- Experience working with K-8 students with communication disorders.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
