Position Overview:
VocoVision is excited to offer a Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SLP who is passionate about providing high-quality therapy to students across Ohio through teletherapy. As a member of our team, you’ll have access to a clinical and technical support team and a comprehensive set of resources to enhance your sessions and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy remotely to students in K-12 settings across Ohio
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with school teams, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of services and student progress
- Adapt therapy materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Stay informed on best practices for teletherapy and the latest trends in speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
