Speech Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with various communication disorders. Your specialized skills in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) will be crucial in providing tailored support to students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a focus on AAC techniques.
- Provide direct therapy services to enhance students’ communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
