Position Overview:
Soliant is actively seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with their CCC or Clinical Fellows, as well as Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), for school-based positions near Union City, California.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations (SLPs).
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress.
- Provide support under the supervision of licensed SLPs (SLPAs).
Requirements:
- For SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a California state license.
- For SLPAs: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid California license.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
