Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our clinical network for a maternity leave cover with the potential for renewal. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, depending on your availability. You will be working with a caseload of 40 students, with an even mix of students receiving speech therapy only and those with speech as a secondary need. You’ll be using the Skyward IEP system to manage student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students based on their individual needs and IEPs
- Manage a caseload of 40 students, with approximately 50% of students requiring speech-only therapy and the remaining 50% requiring speech therapy as a secondary service
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
- Use Skyward IEP system for documentation and tracking
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students’ success
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Wisconsin licensure for Speech & Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC certification
- Experience with IEP systems (Skyward preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed
