Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Immediate Hire

Job Overview:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in the Brenham, TX area for the remainder of the current school year. This position offers both full and part-time opportunities, with the potential for renewal based on performance. If you're passionate about helping students succeed by improving their speech and language skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing speech therapy services
- Conduct screenings and assist with speech and language assessments
- Deliver therapy support to students individually or in small groups
- Document therapy sessions and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement effective therapy plans
- Support students in meeting their speech and language goals
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Valid Texas State SLPA License
Position Details:
- Full or Part-Time hours available (Flexible scheduling)
- Hourly contract position
- Immediate start, continuing through the end of the school year, with potential for renewal
- Competitive hourly rate
