Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 10 hours per week (flexible; additional hours are welcomed)
Compensation: $50-$53 per hour
Job Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and adaptable Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote services for elementary school students, primarily in Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades. This role involves assessing and addressing speech and language challenges, with a focus on students who may rely on assistive devices to enhance communication.
Core Duties:
- Deliver speech therapy as outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Perform evaluations for students who require speech assessments
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students receiving speech therapy
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota SLP certification (required)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially in online settings
- Familiarity with assistive devices for communication support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to adapt to the school’s evolving needs

- The school is moving quickly and may offer the position on the same day as the interview!
- The schedule is flexible, and there is potential for more hours beyond the initial 10 hours per week if available
