Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Professional
Location: Near Monrovia, California
Caseload: PreK-8th Grade
Duration: Full School Year
Compensation: $45 - $65 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) professional to work with PreK-8th grade students near Monrovia, CA. In this full-time role, you’ll provide evaluations, therapy, and collaborative support to help students overcome speech and language challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive academically and socially within a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s unique needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- California licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in school settings or with school-aged children is highly desirable, but not required.
