We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the full school year. This role offers a supportive school environment where you'll help students enhance their communication skills and confidence. You will work with a diverse caseload, providing therapy to elementary and middle school students who require speech and language intervention. If you are dedicated to helping children find their voice, we would love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with mild to moderate communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and evaluations.
What You Need to Apply:
- Active Maine SLP license (required).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply).
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
