Caseload: High School or Elementary
Compensation: $40 - $60 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to join our team for the full school year. With multiple openings available, we are seeking professionals dedicated to supporting students’ communication skills in either an elementary or high school setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' educational and personal growth while collaborating with a team of educators and specialists.
Your Role:
- Provide evaluations and therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students reach their communication goals.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Illinois SLP License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology Endorsement (required for school-based positions).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs are encouraged to apply!).
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
