Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) - Phillipsburg, NJ
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Clinical Fellow to join our team in Phillipsburg, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and grow within the field of Speech-Language Pathology. You will work in a supportive environment with access to experienced professionals who are committed to your success as you complete your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Position Details:
- Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
- Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
- Caseload: K-12 (specifics will be discussed during the interview)
- Start Date: Immediate or for the 2024/2025 school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure students’ success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for or currently holding a New Jersey state license.
- Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
