Job Requirements:

Hold a current and valid state SLPA license .

Have a bachelors degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.

Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.

Ability to pass a background check and meet district hiring requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:

Assisting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.

Conducting therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Supporting students in improving their speech, language, and communication skills.

Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.

Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
