Are you a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students in Vallejo, CA? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time SLPA to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with students, helping them improve their communication abilities and supporting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language challenges in a school setting.
- Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement individualized therapy plans for each student.
- Help students enhance skills in areas like articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, staff, and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing strategies to achieve students’ communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and staff.
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, professional ethics, and industry standards.
