Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to students in Washington, NC. The SLPA will help implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with the educational team to foster communication success for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of an SLP.
  • Support student progress by providing direct services in individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student performance.
  • Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to ensure cohesive care.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or equivalent.
  • North Carolina SLPA license or eligibility.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
