Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Pine Bluff, AR. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in improving their speech and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing speech therapy services to students.
- Implement therapy plans developed by the Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to achieve student goals.
- Assist in speech and language screenings as directed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting.
- Valid Arkansas SLPA license.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
