Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) ready to make a positive impact on K-12 students? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SLPA to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, TX, where you'll assist in providing speech and language services within a school setting.
Position Details:
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Job Type: Full-time & part-time positions available
- Compensation: Competitive hourly and weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels.
- Implement therapy plans and IEP goals, under the direction of an SLP.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Support students in improving communication skills, including articulation, language, fluency, and social language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure the success of therapy goals.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
