Job Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the upcoming school year. The SLPA will collaborate closely with a Voco SLP and support students in achieving their speech and language goals. This position is based in Colorado and requires adherence to CDE (Colorado Department of Education) standards. Additional details about the caseload and responsibilities will be provided during the interview process.
Requirements:
- SLPA certification and qualifications as per CDE requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Document and report on student progress.
- Assist in creating materials and resources for therapy sessions.
